Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Cleverley during 2013. This Nike design was worn as the Three Lions qualified for the 2014 World Cup after some fine form late in their group to see off Montenegro and Ukraine for the top spot, sealing an automatic place in Brazil. Cleverley won his first cap in 2012 and would make 13 in total before playing his final match against Germany in 2013.
