Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Kolehmainen during the period 2012-13. The midfielder earned 10 caps in total for his country between 2012-15 after coming through ranks with the Under-21 squad. Kolehmainen wore #19 in a 3-3 friendly against Northern Ireland in August 2012 when Mixu Paatelainen's side came from 2 goals down to lead 3-2 before a late Martin Paterson spot-kick salvaged a draw for the hosts.
