Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Belmonte during the 2011-12 season. The defender was limited to just two appearances in his first season at the club following his move from Bari. Giuseppe Sannino's men finished 14th in Serie A and reached the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia.
