Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Venegoor of Hesselink for the Eredivisie match against Waalwijk, played at Mandemakers Stadion on 11th April 2012. PSV had run out 1-0 winners in the first meeting between these sides this season back in August after a Dries Mertens goal. They looked to make it back-to-back victories here but fell to a 2-1 defeat after Sander Duits and Mitchell Schet found the net for the hosts. Venegoor of Hesselink himself scored a late consolation and was in his first season back with the side. The striker had previously been on the books at Philips Stadion between 2001-06 before joining Scottish outfit Celtic but returned to Eindhoven this year after spells with Hull and Rapid Vienna. He made 18 appearances in all competitions as PSV finished 3rd in the Eredivisie. The 19 time Dutch international opted to call time on his career at the end of the season.
