Notes - Rare player issue home shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Piatti during the 2011-12 season. The Argentine was entering his second season with the side following his move from Independiente in 2010. He made 11 appearances as Serse Cosmi replaced Eusebio Di Francesco in December but could not save the side from relegation. Piatti would leave Lecce in the summer to join Argentinian outfit San Lorenzo.
