A close game saw the sides play out a 0-0 stalemate here. Wright-Phillips started on the bench but came on for Ashley Young on 74 minutes. The former Chelsea man featured in 2 of England's 8 qualifiers as the Three Lions went unbeaten to qualify for the Finals in Poland and Ukraine. Wright-Phillips won 36 caps in total for his country between 2004-10 and featured at the 2010 World Cup Finals in South Africa.
