Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Jorge Martínez for Juventus' Serie A game against Fiorentina at the Artemio Franchi on the 17th April 2011. Martínez was left on the bench for this goalless draw in Florence, with the Uruguayan unable to establish himself in the Juventus team following his $12 million move from Catania. Plagued by injuries, he was deemed surplus to requirements by new coach Antonio Conte and was loaned out to Cesena the following season. Although the move to Juventus was not successful, Martínez enjoyed prosperous spells at Catania and in Uruguay, earning him regular call ups to the national team, earning 14 caps following his debut in 2004.
