Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Maki during the 2009 J.League season. The striker made 39 appearances this campaign as JEF United finished rock bottom of the league in 18th place. Maki enjoyed a lengthy spell with the Chiba side, making over 200 appearances and scoring 53 J.League goals.
