Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been prepared for Vácha ahead of the Champions League Third Qualifying Round 1st Leg against Fiorentina, played at the Stadio Artemio Franchi in Florence on 12th August 2008. The Czech outfit slipped to a 2-0 defeat in this one after Adrian Mutu and Alberto Gilardino bagged either side of half-time for the hosts. A 0-0 draw in the Czech capital a fortnight later meant that the Sešívaní would be playing in the UEFA Cup this season rather than the Champions League. Vácha wasn't named in the squad for this match, the youngster spent the majority of this season on loan with Baník Ostrava and made just one first team appearances in 3 years with Slavia before joining Slovan Liberec in 2009. The side fared better in domestic competition this season retaining their league title and finishing 6 points clear of arch rivals Sparta.
