Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by O'Brien during the season when the side finished 13th in the Premier League under the management of Gary Megson. Entering his 5th season, the Irishman was handed #8 following the departure of fellow team mate Ivan Campo. O'Brien sustained an injury that forced him to miss the majority of the season, appearing in only 8 matches. This was the last campaign in which O'Brien made an appearance for The Wanderers, as his next couple of seasons were plagued with injuries and he was sent out on loan to Sheffield Wednesday in 2010.
