Notes - Away shirt as worn when Die Roten would finish runners up in the Bundesliga and reach the Champions League quarter final under the leadership of club legend Jürgen Klinsmann in his one season in charge. After sacking Felix Magath in the 2006-07 season, the German manager would soon be back in a job at mid-table side Wolfsburg. In this season, though, not even the might of FC Hollywood would be able to stop Magath’s Wolves as the strike partnership of Grafite and Džeko fired them to their first Bundesliga title. In the Champions League, FC Hollywood would hammer Sporting 12-1 on aggregate before being knocked out by the all-conquering Barcelona. This would be Podolski's final season at Bayern before leaving for Koln. The German frontman managed just 9 goals in 31 appearances this term
