Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Komac in the Euro 2008 Qualification Group G match against Holland played at Petrol Arena, Celje on the 28th March '07. The side went into this match having lost two of their opening four qualifying matches and the pressure was really on with the Dutch coming to town if they were to repeat the heroics that led them to reach Euro 2000 and the 2002 World Cup. Unfortunately for Slovenia Marco van Basten's men ground out a 1-0 win thanks to a late Giovanni van Bronckhorst goal. Komac played the full match in the heart of the midfield. The NZS went on to finish in a lowly second from bottom place in the group. Komac would make 43 appearances for his country in his career and the team did recover by the end of the decade to reach the 2010 World Cup
