Player - Veteran central midfielder Claus Jensen #14
Features
Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Jensen for the Friendly match against Australia, played at Loftus Road in London on 6th February 2007. This was the first ever meeting between the sides and it took place on neutral ground at QPR's Loftus Road Ground. A solid performance from Morten Olsen's men saw them run out 3-1 winners here largely thanks to Jon-Dahl Tomasson's first half brace. Daniel Jensen also got on the scoresheet whilst Blackburn Rovers star Brett Emerton netted what was only a late consolation for the Socceroos. Claus Jensen started on the bench but was called upon late on, replacing Martin Jørgensen on 72 minutes earning what would be the last of 47 caps for his country. The former Bolton and Charlton man had been a regular for his country since winning his first cap back in 2000 and featured for De rød-hvide at Euro 2004 and the 2002 World Cup. Jensen wore short sleeves in this game and this shirt is believed to have been a spare prepared to match specifications ahead of the fixture.
