Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Alex Silva for a friendly match against England held at Wembley Stadium on 1st June 2007. This was the first game to be played at the new Wembley stadium after it had finally been unveiled. The match finished 1-1 with England captain John Terry giving the home side the lead in the 68th minute with a great header after a trademark perfect delivery from a Beckham free-kick. However, Brazil went on to spoil the opening show with a last minute goal from substitute Diego leveling things, meaning the expectant English fans had to wait to see their side claim a first victory at the new Home of Football. Alex Silva had only recently been called up to the senior side, and was waiting for his first cap still. He was an unused substitute for this match, but did not have to wait much longer as he was used in a Copa America game a couple of months later against Ecuador. He went on to represent Brazil at the 2008 Olympics, but has not featured for the national side since. Starting his career out with Brazilian side Vitória, he now plays in Bolivia for Wilstermann
