Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Caicedo in the 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign. Ecuador were looking to reach their third World Cup Finals in a row after featuring at '02 and '06. The side notably beat Chile and Argentina at home but did not quite do enough in their other games to reach the CONMEBOL/CONCACAF play-off which Uruguay pipped them to. Caicedo made his debut for the national side in 2005. However, 2007 was his breakout year for La Tricolor, making 13 appearances and scoring twice. The young forward would go on to make a total of 68 appearances for his country, scoring 22 times
