Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Perez in the Champions League Group G match against Fenerbahce played at Şükrü Saracoğlu Stadium, Istanbul on the 7th November 2007. After 6 impressive years at AZ Alkmaar and a fine year for Ajax Ronald Koeman pulled off a coup to poach Perez from their rivals and bring the winger to the Philips Stadion. There was little the winger could do here in Turkey as the side went down 2-0 to two goals in two first half minutes with Marcellis putting into his own net before Semih Şentürk doubled the hosts advantage soon after. Perez continued his stellar form in the Eredivisie with 8 goals in 14 games while featuring in all 6 Champions League group games as the side finished 3rd place to move into the UEFA Cup. And then bizarrely he was sold back to Ajax in January '08 after falling out with new boss Jan Wouters
