Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Forssell in a Premier League match against Fulham played at St Andrews on 29th December 2007. This was the first meeting between the sides who would go on to be relegation rivals this season. The match got off to a nightmare start for the hosts with USA international Carlos Bocanegra scoring early on to put the Cottagers ahead. The Blues equalised 10 minutes into the second half through Sebastian Larsson. Despite Fulham being reduced to 10 men late on City couldn't find another goal and had to settle for a share of the spoils. Forssell started the game and was subbed off on 76 minutes, the former Chelsea man made 32 appearances this season scoring 9 goals but he could not stop the Blues dropping down into the Championship. The Finn had made over 100 appearances for the side between 2003-08 initially spending his first two seasons on loan. He moved to German side Hannover 96 at the end of the season and remained a key member of the Finnish national side with whom he earned 87 caps for between 1999-2014 scoring 29 goals.
