These quality boots are made from with a full micro-fibre synthetic upper designed to mould to the shape of the foot and provide a high level of traction when striking the ball. Like most Total90 boots, this model is features an off-centre lacing system which offers a bigger surface area to generate a cleaner strike at goal. Nike's Zoom Air technology features in the heel to provide a lighter and more comfortable feel for the back of the foot while offering additional support. The soleplate is made with 6 screw-in studs, designed to offer maximum traction on soft ground surfaces. Supremacy design pattern can be found on the instep region on both boots - the distinctive feature of elite edition Nike Air Zoom boots from this time. This eye-catching blue and silver colourway is the same version debuted by Wayne Rooney against Chelsea in April 2006, when the striker picked up a metatarsal injury that nearly ruled him out of the World Cup that year.
