Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by midfielder Nigel De Jong during Der Dino's 2006 Champions League campaign when the side finished bottom in a tough group containing CSKA Moscow, Porto and Arsenal. De Jong made 5 appearances in the competition and scored 1 goal in the initial qualifying round against Osasuna. The midfielder spent 3 years with the side before leaving to join nouveau riche Manchester City in 2009. He later had spells with AC Milan, LA Galaxy and Galatasaray though is perhaps best remembered for his controversial chest-high studded challenge into the ribs of Xabi Alonso during the 2010 World Cup Final which Holland ultimately lost to Spain
