Notes - Home shirt as worn at the 2006 World Cup where the Czech's failed to progress past the group stage with just one win from three games. Nedvěd, referred to as "Czech Fury" in the Italian media, came out of retirement for the 2006 World Cup after being persuaded by team coach Karel Brückner.  Despite suffering a knee injury in June, Nedvěd was still able to participate in the tournament as the Czechs started brightly with a 3-0 win over USA. However, they quickly fell back down to earth with 2-0 losses against both Italy and Ghana. After the tournament, Nedvěd again announced his retirement from international football, ending his career with 18 goals in 91 appearances for his country
