Notes - Very rare player issue goalkeeper shirt as worn by Čech during the season the side won a domestic cup double. This season was notable for the keeper after he was on the wrong end of a poor challenge at Reading which resulted in the use of his now-distinctive head-guard. Fortunately, Čech was able to recover fully and claim a clean sheet in the 06/07 FA Cup Final victory over Manchester United, while also winning Premier League Player of the Month after a run of eight successive clean sheets. Also worn in the 07/08 season when the side made it to the Champions League Final.
