Notes - Home shirt as worn by Shevchenko in the run to the FA Cup and League Cup double. After an illustrious spell with Italian giants AC Milan, Chelsea secured the marquee signing of Shevchenko for £30m, and with enormous expectation heaped onto the 2004 Ballon d'Or winner things never clicked.
