Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Montiel during the 2006-07 period. The Olimpia man won 9 caps for the national side following his debut in 2005. He was included in Aníbal Ruiz's 23 man squad for the 2006 World Cup at just 18 years old. Montiel began his career with Olimpia before moving to Udinese after the World Cup.
