Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Geremi during the 2006-07 season. The Cameroon international was entering his fourth season at Stamford Bridge following his £6.9 million move from Real Madrid in 2003. He made 28 appearances in all competitions this campaign as José Mourinho's men secured a domestic cup double, securing the FA Cup and League Cup over Manchester United and Arsenal respectively.
