Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Gray during the 2006-07 season. The 3 time England international was in his 4th season at Ewood having joined Rovers from boyhood club Sunderland in January 2004. He made 13 appearances in all competitions this season before joining Championship side Leeds on loan in March as Blackburn went on to finish 10th in the Premiership. He opted to join Wolves at the end of year spending two seasons at Molineux before joining Sheffield Wednesday as his career winded down.
