Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Bolf in the friendly match against Sweden played in Stockholm on the 17th August 2005. Bolf made his international debut in 2000 and was a star of the team who reached the Semi Finals of Euro 2004. This would be the penultimate appearance of his international career. The side lost out 2-1 in an entertaining friendly in which all of the action came in seven first half minutes. Henrik Larsson put the hosts ahead before Jan Koller equalised from the penalty spot only for Rosenborg to put Sweden back ahead shortly after. Bolf represented his country 34 times in total and won Gambrinus Liga titles with Sparta Prague and Banik Ostrava
