Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Restrepo in the friendly match against England played at Giants Stadium, New Jersey on the 31st May 2005. This was the first meeting of the two nation's since the classic 1998 World Cup encounter. The Three Lions were on a tour having played USA in Chicago 3 days earlier. Michael Owen proved to be the difference between the sides here scoring superb a hat-trick which made him England's fourth highest all-time leading goalscorer. Mario Yepes and Juan Ramirez got the goals for Los Cafeteros with Restrepo starting the game and playing 72 minutes before being replaced by Aldo Ramírez. The midfielder was booked for an elbow on David Beckham just before the break an was perhaps lucky to avoid a Red. He was playing his club football in Mexico at the time with Cruz Azul and won 38 caps in total for his country between 2001-10.
