Notes - Home shirt as worn in the first two seasons of Gordon Strachan's reign when the side won back-to-back titles, the 2007 Scottish Cup, and also the 2006 League Cup. They also performed heroics in the 06/07 Champions League, taking eventual winners AC Milan to extra time in the Last 16. Keane joined Celtic in 2005 after his incredible trophy-laden 13 years with Manchester United. The combative Irish midfielder only made 13 appearances for The Hoops, scoring once before retiring from football in 2006
