Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Lindenbergh when the side struggled under Danny Blind but then came so close to winning the Eredivisie under Henk ten Cate in the following season, despite losing several star players in this period. Following a successful UEFA Cup campaign with AZ Alkmaar, the midfielder was signed by Ajax in 2005. In the two seasons under this shirt, Lidenbergh only managed to make 50 appearances and left the club in 2007 for Sparta Rotterdam.
