Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to Ball for an Eredivisie match against ADO Den Haag in the 2005-06 season. PSV cruised to a 3-0 in the match at the Philips Stadion in November and won 2-0 in The Hague in the reverse fixture in January. Ball was an unused substitute in both games. The full back with one England cap to his name joined the club for this campaign from Glasgow Rangers and made 15 appearances in all competitions before moving to Man City for 06-07. This was the first season that a sleeve patch was worn in the Eredivisie and as they were the holders PSV got to wear a gold one. And they made sure they would be wearing it in 06-07 too by retaining the league title
