Player - Towering German international centre-back Robert Huth #29
Player issue features - Correct player size print and Barclays Premiership Champions 2004-2005 sleeve patches professionally heat pressed
Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Huth during the 2005-06 season. The German enjoyed his best season yet for appearances featuring 21 times in all competitions as The Blues comfortably retained their Premier League title finishing 8 points clear of runners-up Manchester United. Huth had moved to Stamford Bridge back in 2001 from Union Berlin and come up through the ranks in London. Despite limited game time his good performances saw him included in Germany's World Cup Squad this summer as they hosted the Finals. He opted to move to Middlesbrough ahead of the 2006-07 campaign for a reported £6 million and left Chelsea a two time Premier League winner. After a stint at the Riverside and a lengthy stay with Stoke he would join Leicester and pick up a third and final top flight trophy in the fairy-tale season of 2015-16.
