Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Okan for the 2006 World Cup Qualifying UEFA Group 2 match against Denmark, played at Idraetsparken in Copenhagen on 13th October 2004. The sides played out a 1-1 draw in the Danish capital in what was an incredibly close Group 2. Jon Dahl Tomasson opened the scoring for the hosts from the penalty spot inside half and hour but a superb header from Nihat Kahveci ensure a share of the spoils for the visitors. Okan played the full match and featured in 7 of the sides 12 matches as they finish second in the group where just 4 points separated the top 4. Turkey faced Switzerland in the play-offs and beat them on away goals to reach the tournament in Germany. Okan earned 56 caps in total for his country bagging 8 international goals between 1992-2010. He spent the majority of his club career with Galatasaray and Beşiktaş whilst also having a short spell in Italy with Inter.
