Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by McCann for the friendly match against Denmark, played at Idraetsparken in Copenhagen on 28th April 2004. Denmark had won the previous game between these two sides back in 2002 1-0 thanks to an early Ebbe Sand goal and it was a near carbon copy result in this one. The Schalke striker again proved the difference bagging a 60th minute goal in a 1-0 win for the hosts. McCann started among the substitutes but entered the fray for Colin Cameron at half-time. The former Dundee and Hearts man had earned his first cap back in 1998 and featured 26 times in total for his country bagging 3 goals. At club level he enjoyed his best spell in Glasgow with rangers winning 3 SPL titles with the side before later having a spell in England with Southampton and a return to Hearts.
