Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been prepared for Holt ahead of an international friendly match against Denmark, played at Idraetsparken on 28th April 2004. The midfielder lasted just 16 minutes before going off injured in this one. Denmark ran out 1-0 winners thanks to an Ebbe Sand header on the hour mark. Holt won 10 caps for his country, scoring once following his debut in 2000. He wore a short-sleeve shirt during the match with this long-sleeve variation remaining unused.
