Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Sweeney in the FA Cup Final against Manchester United played at Millennium Stadium, Cardiff on the 22nd May 2004. After defeating Walsall, Telford United, Burnley, Tranmere and Sunderland The Lions made it to the final in which was one of their most memorable campaigns. However, Millwall did not have many chances to beat United in this match as the Reds were dominating the game. Ronaldo with a header put his team ahead before the half time with van Nistelrooy and Giggs securing the title on the 63rd and 81st minute respectively. Sweeney played the full game as a left midfielder in his 5th appearance in the tournament and would end the campaign having played 34 matches scoring 2 goals in his third and penultimate season at The Den.
