Notes - Extremely rare third all-in-one shorts and shirt bodysuit as worn by the Indomitable Lions at the 2004 Africa Cup of Nations. Puma once again pushed the boundaries of design for Cameroon and landed the side in hot water with FIFA as the kit was banned midway through the tournament, though the team decided to wear it anyway in their 2-1 Quarter-Final defeat to Nigeria. This led to a six-point deduction for the 2006 World Cup qualifying campaign and a $154,000 fine, though the points were eventually restored on appeal
