Notes - Away shirt as worn by Kanu during the season the side performed the great escape and came from bottom of the table on the final day of the season to avoid relegation. The gangly striker arrived from Arsenal to add Premiership experience to the newly-promoted team, but the striker could not find goalscoring form in either of his campaigns at the Baggies, as the side succumbed to the drop in 2006 after an extraordinary survival the previous year. A goal in a Hawthorns win against his former club was perhaps the highlight of Kanu's spell in the Midlands
