Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Kluivert in the Premier League match against Blackburn Rovers played at Ewood Park, Blackburn on the 26th December 2004. The Magpies took the lead in the scorer twice but the locals came back to finally share the points. The striker started the match alongside Bellamy but was substitued by Bernard only playing the first half of the game. The legendary former Ajax and AC Milan frontman arrived with a great deal of fanfare but was unable to find his best scoring form after bagging just 6 goals in the league as the side slumped to a 14th place finish following the departure of Bobby Robson. Kluivert left St James' Park at the end of the season to join Valencia where he enjoyed a brief spell before retiring with Lille in 2008. One of the most feared strikers of the 90s, Kluivert is famously remembered for his winner in the 1995 Champions League Final when he spearheaded the attack for Ajax's infamous "Golden Generation" alongside other future Oranje legends.
