Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Chopra for the 2003-04 season. The striker was on loan at the City Ground from Newcastle United and made 5 appearances for The Reds after joining them in February 2004. He helped Forest to a 14th place finish in the First Division, and joined Barnsley on loan for the 2004-05 campaign were he enjoyed a stellar season and sought to fight for a starting spot in Newcastle's first team. Chopra later played for a whole host of English sides including the likes of Cardiff, Sunderland and Ipswich to name a few.
