Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Giacomazzi for the Serie A match against Ancona, played at Stadio del Conero on 1st February 2004. The Giallorossi had triumphed 3-1 the first time these sides met on the second day of the season and looked to make it back-to-back wins here. A superb 1st minute opener from Ernesto Chevantón got them off to the perfect start before Axel Konan doubled their lead on 61 minutes to seal all 3 points for Delio Rossi's side. Giacomazzi started on the bench and came on for Jorge Bolaño with 10 minutes left on the clock, the Uruguayan was in his 3rd season with the club and made 24 appearances in all competitions helping them to a 10th placed finish in their first season back in Serie A. The playmaker spent a superb 12 years in total with I Salentini between 2001-13 making a colossal 329 appearances during that time and bagging 44 goals. Giacomazzi starred for Uruguay's national team also, and won 17 caps in total for his country between 1998-2007.
