Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have believed to have been issued to or worn by Ujfaluši during the 2002-04 period when the side qualified for the Euro held in Portugal, only dropping two points on the way and finishing top of their group above perennial rivals Holland. Ujfalusi had made his debut with the senior side in 2001 and regularly represented his nation until 2009 when ended his international career after having made 78 and represent the Czech Republic at the 2006 World Cup and in European Championships. At club level, he played in 5 different countries and won 6 trophies.
