Notes - Ultra rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by a #20 during the period 2002-03. This classy lace neck design was worn by La Celeste as they took part in their first World Cup Finals since Italia 90'. Víctor Púa's side suffered a 2-1 defeat to Denmark in their opening match of the 2002 World Cup in Korea and Japan before holding reigning Champions France to a 0-0 draw in Busan. They could progress to the last 16 if they beat Senegal in their last match but they found themselves 3-0 down at the break. A spirited fightback saw the game finish 3-3 but it wasn't enough to progress. The design was worn in all 3 matches at the tournament and then rolled over to qualifying for the 2006 World Cup and was notably worn in another 3-3 thriller against Brazil in November 2003.
