Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Di Francesco during a Serie A match against AC Milan, played at the Stadio Leonardo Garilli on 24th May 2003. The former Roma man played the full 90 minutes in this one as Luigi Cagni's men beat the Italian giants 4-2. Marco Marchionni put the home side 3-1 up just after the half-hour mark before Dario Hübner made it 4 on the 82nd minute. This would be Di Francesco's final season at Piacenza, ending a two-year stay following his move from Roma in 2001. He made 30 appearances this campaign as I Biancorossi were relegated to Serie B with a 16th place finish.
