Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Onstad during the period 2002-03. The shot stopper continued to feature for the Maple Leafs during this time notably playing in several high-profile friendlies during 2003. He won a superb 60 caps in total for the Canucks between 1988-2010 and enjoyed his best club spells at the back end of his career with MLS sides San Jose Earthquakes and Houston Dynamo.
