Notes - Rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Uhlenbeek during the 2002-03 season. Prior the start of this season, the club were forced into administration with debts of more than £30 million and cuts had to be made in order to save the institution founded in 1903. Despite this, the side managed to finish 19th in the table with Uhlenbeek being a regular for Nicky Law in his first and last season for the Bantams where he had signed from Sheffield United.
