Notes - Away shirt with T-Mobile sponsor as worn by Ballack when FC Hollywood recovered from the previous season’s slump to pick up their 17th Bundesliga title and the DFB-Pokal trophy. The addition of Ballack alongside Zé Roberto and Sebastian Deisler shored up the Bayern midfield and they stormed to the Bundesliga title, finishing 16 points ahead of second-placed Stuttgart. Poor form in a tough Champions League group including Milan, Deportivo and Lens would see Bayern knocked out in the group stage, left to concentrate on their league campaign. This season would also see the youngsters Bastian Schweinsteiger and Phillipp Lahm integrated into the first-team squad
