Notes - Quality boots produced by Lotto around 2001, dedicated to then AC Milan and Ukraine striker Andriy Shevchenko. This model is one of several in the 'Sheva' silo and features a lightweight synthetic upper with X-Grip ridged design to improve traction between ball and foot. The use of a fold-over Lotto tongue also appears like on many other of their boots during this era and also incorporates the Italian flag colours. A PU composite makes up the outsole which also uses puntoflex technology for increased foot flexion when striking the ball or turning at speed. The soleplate is made with 12 moulded studs, designed for use on firm ground surfaces. This particular model was used by Shevchenko during the 2001/02 season where the Ukranian finished the campaign as the clubs top scorer. Shevchenko would go on to win Serie A and the Champions League with Milan before most notably claiming the prestigious Ballon d'Or award in 2004.
