Notes - Very rare player shirt believed to have been worn by Gallo for the Serie B match against Sampdoria played at Stadio Luigi Ferraris on 19th May 2002. I Lariani were looking to make it back to back promotions and return to the Italian top flight after playing in Serie C the previous season. They were leading the chasing pack but their promotion push took a knock here as they fell to a 2-1 defeat. Gallo played the full 90 minutes, this was his only season with the side, he had joined them from Ternana in January 2001 and made 18 appearances in the league as Como held on to claim the Title and a return to Serie A for the first time since the 1980s. The midfielder had previously enjoyed lengthy spells with Brescia and Atalanta and left Como for Trevisio at the end of this season.
