Notes - Rare player specification shirt believed to have been prepared for Adebola during the season the forward continued to recover from his serious injury. Having played his way back into the side the previous season, a knee injury picked up late in that campaign ruled him out for the majority of the 2001-02 campaign. A brief spell with Oldham was organised towards in the latter stages of the campaign to build his fitness up but Steve Bruce decided not to renew the Nigerian born forwards contract, meaning his £1million move to Birmingham came to an end in the close season
