Notes - Extremely rare player shirt believed to have been issued to or worn by Laursen during the 2001-02 season. The big Dane joined the side on loan from Parma this season before even playing a match for the Crociati. He was an instant hit in Milan bagging goals in his first two home games in wins over Fiorentina and Lazio at the San Siro. The ex Silkeborg man made 37 appearances in all competitions for the Rossoneri this campaign, helping them to a 4th placed finish in Serie A. He was made a permanent signing the following season and enjoyed a superb 2002-03 season helping the side to a Coppa Italia and Champions League double before guiding the Diavolo to the Serie A title in 03-04. The defender stayed in Milan until the summer of 2004 when he joined Premier League outfit Aston Villa where he stayed until persistent injuries cut his career short. He continued to be a key figure in the Danish national side this season and earned 53 caps in total for his country between 2000-08, scoring twice and appearing at 3 major tournaments.
